Terms of Service

By accessing or using Azoth OS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Azoth OS is an AI runtime economics platform that provides intelligent model routing, semantic caching, prompt optimization, loop detection, and FinOps analytics for teams consuming large language model APIs.

Current plan pricing is published at /pricing and is the binding reference for any active subscription. The list below summarises the tiers as of the last update of this document; if it ever drifts from /pricing, the pricing page wins.

• Forge (Free) — up to 10,000 AI operations/month, 1 connector, 2 agents, 7-day trace retention, community support.
• Starter (299 €/month) — up to 100,000 operations/month, 5 connectors, 10 agents, SDK + GitHub App, 90-day retention, email support.
• Growth (999 €/month) — up to 5,000,000 operations/month, unlimited connectors, unlimited agents, SSO (OIDC), RBAC, regression testing, 365-day retention.
• Enterprise — custom pricing and SLA, dedicated AI engineer, SAML SSO, sovereign/on-premise deployment option, HIPAA BAA on request.
• Legacy tiers — Pro and Scale are no longer sold; existing subscriptions are honoured at their original terms until cancellation.

All paid plans are billed monthly in € via Stripe. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

GitHub Marketplace installation is free. Installing the Azoth GitHub App from the Marketplace does not enrol you in a paid plan — your workspace remains on Forge until you start a Stripe subscription from Settings → Billing.

You may not use the Service to:

• Circumvent or abuse LLM provider rate limits or terms of service.
• Process personal health information (PHI) without a signed BAA.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data, use it to train foundation models, or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

You may export all your data at any time via GET /api/v1/export (GDPR Article 20 portability).

Azoth OS is operated on a best-effort basis for the Forge, Starter, and Growth plans (and legacy Pro/Scale subscriptions). We target high availability for the dashboard and API but do not commit to a contractual uptime SLA on these tiers, and no service credits are payable.

Enterprise plans may include a contractual uptime SLA with service credits, negotiated in the Enterprise Master Subscription Agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows, when they apply to Enterprise customers, are announced at least 48 hours in advance to the customer's designated contact.

Azoth OS, its logo, and “AI Runtime Economics” are trademarks of Beweird SAS. The platform is proprietary software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beweird SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
